The Busy Mole Music Conditions of Sale are currently being revised and will be revised online shortly.

All items are sent by a recognised courier, any damage to instruments or products should be reported upon recipt.

Busy mole music can not be held reponsible for any injury that may result from the us of any instrument we supply.

Busy mole music cannot be held responsible for breakages to strings , drum heads/skins or other consumable within an instrument.

Legal ownership of goods remains with the Company until final payment has been received.

We will repair or replace, without charge, within 90 days from date of purchase, any instrument that we built if the materials or workmanship are defective leading to a failed instrument. You must present proof of purchase from Busy Mole Music to verify the date of purchase.

We allow returns of finished products still in mint condition for refund or credit excluding shipping, within 30 days of purchase. Such refunds will be for merchandise returned only, not shipping, handling, or insurance fees.
